Work with Lauren

Private guidance for women in transition.

A place to talk through what’s changing, what keeps repeating, and what you might be ready for next.

Who this is for

A place to take stock and move forward clearly.

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, stretched thin, and still trying to keep everything moving.I’ve lived in the rat race, too.Work. Relationships. Responsibilities. Decisions. The feeling that something needs to change, with no clear idea where to begin. This is for women in that place.Bring the thing you keep circling. We can start there.

Find your way home

Back to yourself.

Morning light through the trees.A slow breakfast.A motorbike somewhere in the distance.A massage in the afternoon.A long conversation you didn’t know you needed.A market at dusk.Enough space for your own thoughts to catch up with you.Chiang Mai has a way of making room for that. You arrive carrying your life with you. Then, little by little, you start healing, and hearing yourself again.

Time to arrive, experience, and integrate.

The journey begins before you travel and continues through your return. Its structure creates continuity while leaving room for the experience to be personal.

About Lauren

A life lived between places.

I’ve spent the past twelve years moving between Northern Thailand and California, following questions about the body, relationships, good water, plant medicines, and the people I’ve had the privilege of sitting beside. Yoga, Ayurveda, Craniosacral work, plant ceremonies, sound healing, and years of living slowly in Thailand, all find their way into what I create.A lot of what I offer grew from living it first.
