LaurZen Immersions

Golden-hour scene at a Chiang Mai retreat with temple, jungle, plumeria, and candlelight.

The days are already shaped for you.

You’re not deciding where to go or what comes next.

You just move through it. Fully.

Healing ceremonies, jungle excursions, open water.

Each day lands differently than you expect.
You don’t have to hold any of it. That’s already done.

mornings

Mornings begin in the body.

Movement on the pavilion. Breathwork as the light comes up. Sound bowls. The kind of stillness you can't manufacture at home.

Women moving together on the open pavilion at the retreat villa, lanterns overhead, tropical garden beyond.
afternoons

Afternoons open outward.

Ancient temples. Hill tribe villages. Coffee from the mountain. An afternoon with elephants, close enough to feel their breath.

evenings

Evenings draw you back to the villa.

A meal already waiting. Candles, the garden, five women who know. Conversation that finds its own way. Nothing to perform. Nothing to hold together.

Watercolour supplies, tropical flowers, and butterfly-pea tea on a wooden table at the retreat.
Mother and baby elephant in the northern Thai jungle, an afternoon excursion from the villa.
